Start with three things
- Fill your directory. Add your crew, talent and places once; every day, agreement and trip picks from it.
- Make a production and its days.
- Build day one and send it. Then watch Track as the crew confirm.
One record, from quote to payee
- Proposal: the client approves the version they saw.
- Convert: the estimate, to the cent, numbered by the server.
- Costs and deals: the plan, and each person's deal read from it.
- Invoices: the deposit, then the final with the deposit credited.
- Payees: who you paid, by year, and whose W-9 you have.

Built for the phone
Today, the day, Send and Track, people, places and gear all work on a phone.
No signal
Call sheets, people, places and gear open with no signal, after one open with signal, and say how old they are.
Private links
Crew, clients and travelers open their own link with no account. Each link shows that person's own copy.
Your team, your rules
Admins, managers and producers on each shared production, and each area on or off per person.
Nothing overwritten quietly
When two people change the same thing, you see both and choose.
Common questions
Do cast and crew need an account?
No. They open a private link that leads with their own call.
What if something changes after I send the call sheet?
Edit the day. The crew's copy changes when you press Update crew copy, and nobody is emailed or texted.
Can I work with no signal?
Yes, once your phone has opened Cinethread with signal. Call sheets, people, places and gear open, and say how old they are. Changes to a call sheet are sent when you are back. Crew, Talent and Locations opened with no signal are read only (“Editing needs a connection”), and a gear tag scanned with no signal saves nothing.
Can I get my data out?
Call sheets download as a PDF, and Crew and Gear import and export as a spreadsheet.
