Everyone sees what their job needs.

Each shared production has its admins, managers and producers, and each area of Cinethread is on or off for each person.

  • You and your managers send call sheets and update the crew's copy. Producers follow along in Track.
  • Producers see their own tasks on Home.
  • Payees is the owner's alone. So is what is owed to you.
  • Budgets, Travel, Agreements, Gear and the rest are off, view or edit for each member.
The team

One directory, one inventory, one set of numbers.

Everyone on the team works from the same people, places and gear, and the same invoice numbers.

  • A shared production names a team member only if a team member put them there.
  • Removing someone from the team is one step that ends their access everywhere.
  • Estimate and invoice numbers come from the server, so two people never give out the same one.
  • When two people change the same thing, the one who sees the clash chooses. Nothing is overwritten quietly.
Who makes it

Made by a production company, for its own shoots.

Cinethread is made by Strillogy Productions, a film and video production company. Strillogy runs its own productions on it: call sheets, crew, gear, travel and the money.
