A proposal is a page, not a PDF — three scopes the client compares side by side, the line items under each, and an Approve button that records their name and choice as evidence instead of an email thread.

Getting started

Start from a budget or from scratch. Pull the numbers you've already built rather than retyping them.
Set out the scope. Deliverables, crew shape, shoot days, what's included and what isn't.
Offer options if it helps. A talent mix, an extra day, a second deliverable — priced so the client can see the trade rather than ask for it.
Send the link. No login. They read it on a phone in a meeting if they have to.
Answer questions in place. Client comments come to you; you can clear them once they're settled.

Approval is evidence

When a client approves, Cinethread records who approved, when, and exactly what they were looking at. Regenerating or editing the proposal afterwards never leaves an old approval attached to new terms — the record and the document stay in step, which is the whole reason to have it in writing.

Common questions

Can a client ask for a change without approving?

Yes — they can leave a question, which reaches you without committing them to anything.

What if the price changes after they've approved?

Send a fresh version. The previous approval stays on record against the terms it was actually given for.
